The Canadian Interprofessional Health Collaborative (CIHC) will present a brief overview of the CIHC Competency Framework for Advancing Collaboration 2024, role clarification and negotiation competency, followed by members of the Centre for Advancing Collaborative Healthcare & Education (CACHE) who will present on BOOST! (Building Optimal Outcomes from Successful Teamwork), and their work with primary and community distributed teams. Subsequently, the power of partnership will be highlighted through the work of the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Hastings and Prince Edward branch and their community partnerships in launching the Back to Home Program. Their discussion will focus on how they redefined and renegotiated roles to improve the way they collectively care for their community.
